theSHIFT offers 8 weeks of 1:1 guidance and support as you transition out of your comfort zone and begin to bring a more loving awareness to every aspect of your life. Slowly detach from the safety of your old ways and confidently step into a healthier, aligned version of yourself.
You will begin to regain control of your life and health by taking an honest look at your relationship with sleep, movement, nutrition, meditation, and your emotions, and then incorporate ancient wisdom and practices into your daily routines to nourish your mind, body, and soul.
Over the 8 weeks, you will learn:- basic Ayurvedic principles and life hacks
- the 3 doshas and how to maintain balance
- the importance of Digestion and how to keep yours strong.
- Ayurvedic Nutrition including eating for the doshas, the 6 tastes, and eating the rainbow
- the best time of day for meals and how to eat mindfully.
- the importance of movement and experiment with different types of movement through
- exposure to various yoga, breathwork, and exercise techniques
- how to get the most restorative yummy sleep and why you should do so
- the importance of flowing with Mother Nature throughout her cycles and seasons
You will use this knowledge to:
- make more conscious, nourishing choices that maximize health and vitality and minimize toxins in your mindbody
- integrate dosha balancing practices into your daily life
- create a morning and nighttime routine that align with you and allow you to start and end your day with a peaceful heart and mind
- recognize when you’re out of balance so you can make the appropriate shifts in you routines to restore harmony in your mindbody
- build a self-care tool kit for the mind and body to fall back on whenever you need it
